5 SMART MORNING HACKS TO GET YOU MOVING AND GROOVING FASTER

Are you finding you are always late out the door, late to the bus, late getting into work, and just late – late – late?! ?  Well, try these 5 smart morning hacks to make sure you’re on the ball and never late again:

1. Take 15 minutes before you start your day to just BE

You don’t necessarily need to meditate, although that would be great, but just take time to awaken your mind and body, slowly and easily. This may mean setting your alarm 15 minutes earlier than usual.

2. Dump your Brain

Before you go to sleep at night, switch off all electronic devices, or at least refrain from connecting with them, at least 30 minutes before you sleep. This include the telly, people!
This will help your brain to reboot properly and get your brain into sleep mode sooner.

3. Plan your meals on the weekend for the week ahead

Part of our 5 smart morning hacks includes food – yay!  Plan all your meals, from breakfast to lunches and snacks at work, as well as your dinners at home. You don’t need to have them cooked ahead of time, but have a plan as to what you will be cooking and making for each day. This will save time.

4. Lay your clothes out the night before

With today’a amazing weather apps, we can know what the weather will hold for us the next day. So, get it all out and then you won’t have to think about it when you’re brushing your teeth.

5. Drop Zone

Have one place where you pick up all your goodies before heading out the door. This will save you forgetting something.
